I didn’t look closely at the current usage of this building so it is an educated guess when I call this building offices. Taken yesterday whilst stood on the opposite side of Peter’s Street I found this architecture to begging to be photographed, I was drawn to the shadow and brick work detail as well as the symmetry of the three windows on either side of the buildings corner. We can clearly see (when we click the preview for the large version) the name of the road that goes off to the right as being Southmill Street which goes along to Albert Square and Manchester’s Town Hall. To the left of this building is the more main road of Peter’s Street which is the continuation of Oxford Road that comes into the city centre from the south and changes its name about 200 yards down the road at St Peter’s Square.
