This is the closest photograph I have taken successfully so far. I have been wanting to capture a sharp image of a water droplet for a long time now. This wasn’t a staged water droplet, just part of my close-up flowers project and I noticed the water droplet so thought I would try to get a sharp picture of just the droplet. This was taken with my trusty 50mm f/1.8, but with a macro adapter on the front made by Vivitar that has a 10x magnification, allowing me to focus much closer than the standard prime lens.
