Throstle Nest Bridge on the Bridgewater Canal is quite hidden unless you’re walking along the canal’s tow path. This is the second photograph I have published of the bridge, but I really liked the reflection on the water. If you want to find it, it is surprisingly close to Manchester United’s Old Trafford football ground, almost just across the road! The two buildings in the background are flats near Hulme. This canal leads into Manchester’s city centre and the Castlefield area of the city.
