This is classic skyline lighting of a classic building in London. The Houses of Parliament have stood on this site from 1097. The tower on the far left of this image is Victoria Tower and on the right hand side of the frame is Clock Tower, more commonly known as Big Ben.
Taken at ten minutes to ten o’clock at night the sky was still not fully dark, but the lights were on and lighting up the front of this huge building. The water at the bottom of the frame is the River Thames. For those who wish to know this capture was a four second exposure at an aperture of f/20. The exposure composition had been put down to -1 and the ISO was at 100.
