Yesterday I was driving through the back lanes of south Cheshire to visit my grandmother. Obviously I couldn’t drive past the above without stopping for a photograph. This is a wide angle photograph of yesterday’s icicle pattern close up. This area of iced hedge went on for over 30 feet, but all around the snow and ice had melted, which made it all the more striking. In my opinion the reflection really helps add an extra dimension to the photo.
