A random call from an old friend resulted in a trip to Asda this evening. We decided to avoid my local Hulme Asda and because we had a car we drove up to the Eastlands Supercentre, which is across the road from Sportcity Stadium and the B of the Bang sculpture. So I grabbed my camera and tripod on the off chance I might get a couple of quick snaps of this very interesting but controversial sculpture. It is my second attempt at photographing it, and the first at night. In my opinion it looks much nicer at night than in the day. You can see my first photograph taken back in February of this year. I think tonight’s version (above) is a big improvement.
