You’ve seen them in films and on TV hundreds of times, but there is something strangely intriguing (to me at least) about New York’s Yellow Cabs. There are more than 10,000 taxicabs in the city and with so few private cars driving around, the streets often look like the photograph above… a sea of yellow! I also like the way that the golden tone of the buildings seems to work with the yellow. It’s just a shame that the cabs aren’t coming towards my camera!
