Last week the weather forecast pointed to a very cold but clear night and so it called for a photo shoot. Not wanting to drive anywhere I got up the next morning before sunrise for an early morning walk across the fields. The sunrise was lovely and it was nice and frosty and cold as predicted. However, it was difficult to find a subject to put with my sunrise. In the end this tree made a interesting focal point.
