St. Andrews Cathedral – Scotland

After an interesting but relative un-photogenic drive up the east coast of Fife we ended up at the beautiful town of St. Andrew’s. After phoning my friend Steve to find out where I needed to visit I was was told to check out the cathedral. I did and I was very impressed. It was a shame that the weather was so overcast but as you can see the cathedral is largely ruinous, but the fact it was finished in 1318 says a lot. I only spent about 2 hours in the town and didn’t get much chance to see the famous golf courses but I am definitely planning a trip back up to this area of the world in the next 12 months.
