One of the world’s most famous residences is Buckingham Palace in London, home to the British monarch Queen Elizabeth II. This view is taken from the Mall, a ceremonial approach road to the palace. In the foreground is the Victoria Memorial. It is almost impossible in the daytime to get this photograph without cars, taxis and people in the picture.
