The Southbank precinct of Melbourne is an inner city suburb of Melbourne on the south side of the Yarra River. As you can see from the above photograph it is dominated by high-rise development of offices and apartment towers including Australia’s tallest building, the Eureka Tower. One of the best high views looking down on the city can be seen from the observation deck on the 88th floor of this skyscraper.
