Three weeks ago my dad and I were out shooting around the small Cheshire village of Rostherne. One of the interesting small details that we came across was this wooden owl sculpture. He was sat on a 6 foot high wall and I didn’t want a shot looking up at him, so using the long 200mm lens I took this photo from across the road. The textures seem to work better when converted to black and white, as you can see above.
