New Zealand’s capital is a small, hilly and windy city. It is in my opinion very photogenic. Last February I was lucky enough to get the classic photograph of the Wellington Cable Car with the city in the background, similar to the above only taken on a bright, summers day. Last weekend I was back in the city with a few friends and on the first evening took the cable car back up to Botanic Gardens for this shot. The idea in my head was to blur the cable car completely so it was just a blurred line. This didn’t look as good as having a touch more detail in the blur, so you can see the famous red of the old car.
