There is a road between the river and this ultra modern concert hall that is extremely close to this large glass building. Seeing it I knew I needed to get down there with my super wide Sigma 10mm lens and try to get the above image. However, when I eventually made it down to this road the sun was directly behind the building, so I have had to make an HDR (high dynamic range) image out of my original file. This has brought out more detail in both the dark shadow areas on the building and at the same time brought back highlight details that would normally have been lost.
