Found on Henley Street this statue is called “The Jester” and is in reference to a character in a play by the world famous William Shakespeare. On the base of the statue is a quote from the play Hamlet “Alas! Poor Yorick. I knew him, Horatio: a fellow of infinite Jest.” It is very easy to find this statue. If you stand in front of Shakespeare’s house follow the road to the left and at the end of the road the Jester statue will be waiting for you.
