There was something quite strange, but beautiful at the same time, about this lone leaf I was looking at whilst sat on a bench taking a rest. The sun light was very strong and highlighted the crisp edges and warm colour against the hard stone of the pavement. It almost looks like a flame in colour and the grey stone and heavy vignette help enhance this idea in my opinion.
So today the weather was really nice. So I decided to go for a walk around Bruntwood Park in Cheadle. I used to go to this park a nearly everyday as a child and walking around there brought back a lot of memories. Obviously I took loads of photos of autumn scenes. I thought I had a lot of great photos as the lighting was perfect but I was wrong, the image below was the best I could manage.
