A few weeks ago I drove past Snugburys Ice Cream, but due to time constraints couldn’t stop for a quick photo of their model Big Ben made out of bales of straw. I have a real connection to Snugburys because one of the first photographs to be published on this website was of their model London Eye (again made of hay, see below). On Sunday I was back again with a little more time on my hands and so stopped to find that it wasn’t just a tree that had blown over in the previous nights storm but also Big Ben!
