Lying along a stretch of beach on the east coast of New Zealand’s South Island are the Moeraki Boulders. Some are as large as 3 metres across, the three in this photograph are more like half a metre. This isn’t my favourite photograph that I captured on Koekohe Beach of these weird rocks. I do like how it reminds me of a shot from Crosby Beach in the UK featuring three of Antony Gormley’s statues called Another Place.
