The original image is really awful but I felt that I had a good composition with the sign placed in the right area of the frame. It was such flat, horrible lighting at the time with a very overcast grey day. With some digital post processing in Lightroom and Photoshop I chose to turn the image black and white (as there was so little colour to start with) and increased the details within the shadows to create what you see above.
