On one of the last couple of days of my holiday I walked a little further into the town of Albufeira and came across this view of a huge sea stack on the beach. There is a big seagull stood on top to give you a sense of scale. My friend Eddie was with me on this particular adventure and was amazed by how this was still standing. He commented that you probably wouldn’t get a sea stack still standing like this with a huge fault in it back in the UK. If a hard frost ever got to it it would more than likely just break in half.
