In the past I had cycled through the small Cheshire village of Rostherne on my way to Tatton Park, but never stopped for photography. It wasn’t until this weekend my dad mentioned an up and coming photographic competition and asked if I wanted to come on an old father / son photo shoot. How could I say no to that? After looking at the map I noticed a large area of water which you can see in the photograph below. This was taken from the back of St. Mary’s Church looking over Rostherne Mere towards Altrincham.
