The Piazza della Repubblica is a large semi-circular piazza near the Termini station in Rome. Thousands of people pass through here every day, but I do wonder how many look past the fountain of the naiads in the middle and look up at some of the amazing statues and architectural details of the buildings? I also have to wonder what the view down on this square would be like from that balcony at the bottom of the frame in the above photograph? It would probably make a great vantage point for a dusk shot with the moving traffic going around the fountain.
