I have seen these curved mirrors all over the world on my travels, this one caught my eye whilst I was exploring the back streets of Vilamoura in Portugal. Positioning myself to show the view right down the street, the first pictured lacked something. Then noticing a white van driving around the corner, I quickly grabbed the second image that you can see above.
I was fortunate enough to enjoy a ten night stay at the Natura Sun Apartments in the Algarve area of Portugal last month. This was the view from the balcony from one of the first floor apartments looking down on the swimming pool. In the foreground you can see the showers and just behind the bridge in the background there is a small children’s pool. If any readers are looking for nice self-catering accommodation around Albufeira I can recommend the Natura Sun Apartments.
This is another view of the swimming pool at the lovely Natura Sun apartments in Portugal. It was taken on the last evening as everyone else was getting ready to go out for a meal. I like the broken reflection on the water, but wish I had moved the small red bucket off the edge of the pool.
Here we see a couple of dozen empty sun beds with the sun on them but nobody using them. I love the curve of the swimming pool to the right of the frame. It does give the impression that we had the place to ourselves, as this is where we stayed for 10 days in Portugal a few weeks ago. Due to the long shadows it could looks as if it was taken in the morning; however it was taken at about 7 or 8 o’clock in the evening.
