Palace of Fine Arts

Originally built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition, this is one of the more unusual art galleries in America. I had planned to spend more time going inside the building but in the end only stopped for a quick photograph of the outside of the building. If you look really closely at the photograph you just make out a few tourists in front of the main rotunda which gives you a good idea of the huge size of the building.
