I liked the patterns of the wooden poles and then noticed a painter looking towards Keswick. Sadly, I couldn’t see his painting and didn’t have time to go over to talk to him, but I think this is an interesting scene and worth sharing. This is probably the last photo of Derwent Water from my recent trip up to Cumbria. As you can see from the long shadows, it was a lovely, sunny day.
