One Piccadilly Gardens is probably one of the most exclusive addresses in Manchester and the majority of this office building is rented by the Bank of New York Mellon. I know this because a certain friend of mine works here. I am still looking for the right night to get a photo of this building with the Piccadilly Gardens fountains in the foreground. I decided to crop out the people sat on the grass enjoying the sunshine to focus on the modern building.
