This is the second time I have photographed this mural at Manchester’s Museum of Science and Industry. I was fortunate enough to go to a private evening opening of the museum for the members and friends of Sale Photographic Society last night. When I originally exported this image out of my Lightroom database to play with it in Photoshop, I wanted to square up the building and correct the perspective to give the appearance of looking square on to this work of art. After a while I came to the conclusion that this looked unrealistic, as there are buildings and trains in the way and it wasn’t working out. However, I still wanted to share it with you because I love the details in this painting.
