This year I was back in Paris for the first time in nearly a decade. It was an amazing family focused trip. One of the more memorable things we did was go to the Eiffel Tower. The area around the base of the tower had changed a lot. Now you go through security. This is an unusual angle to see the tower from and there isn’t really anything to give the photograph a sense of scale but I still like how graphic it looks. Especially in black and white. If you look closely might spot this isn’t perfectly symmetrical. It was a quick shot which I would like to repeat one day when I have more time to compose it more accurately.
