Lone trees in winter make for interesting subjects in minimalist photographs such as this. I was on a walk around Kenilworth Castle in Warwickshire. Walking across this freshly sown field (on the foot path of course) I was able to get this image. I used the lines in the soil to lead your eye towards the subject, getting the camera low, zooming in to remove distractions and focusing the lens on the tree.
