The Pantheon Church in Rome was built in 126 AD and is still used as a place of worship today, nearly two thousand years later. It is worth a visit for any tourist in this incredible city. Photographically it was a challenge. When travelling I don’t usually take my tripod out in the day (only at dusk and at night) so in the above photo I used a mini tripod called a gorilla pod. It took a few attempts to get the image I was looking for and a longer exposure made many of the tourists blur out of the picture as they moved across the frame.
