Harbour Monochrome Textures

This was taken on my last trip up to Northumberland. Harbours are full of textures for photographers, from rusty metal to beaten up rope and wood and to the water behind. The above monochrome (black and white) image stood out for me due to the crispness of the rope compared to the weathered wood and the calm waters in the background.
