Hanging Washing to Dry

One of the less touristy (if that is even a word) areas of Rome is just south of the city and called Trastevere. This is where we ate most of our evening meals. Why? Because Trastevere boasts some of the best value for money Italian restaurants in the capital. How do I know this? Because we were surrounded by locals most of the time! Wandering these narrow, typically Italian cobbled streets of an evening really made me want to come back with my camera, as I knew the area showed great photographic potential. So on one of my last days I took the bus over the river and explored. Above is one of my photographs from that day in Trastevere.
