Whilst wondering through urban landscapes I often come across interesting brickwork patterns in the old mills and factories here in Manchester. The above green glass bricks were part of a bar in Castlefield. They seemed a little out of place next to the dark railway bridges and dirty canals. As you can imagine there weren’t quite as bright and colourful in reality because I used Photoshop to enhance the saturation. It fascinates me how each individual brick is different. I would love to know how they are made.
