Here I used a 50mm lens at f2.8, which makes the background nicely blurred out and focuses the viewer’s attention on the main flowers. As I felt it important to capture wedding details such as the cake and signing of the register, the brides flowers were something on my big list of things to capture. However, in the church it was too dark to get the right image, so I waited until the reception to get the right window light to create this soft, bright look.
