I spent the day in Cambridge last month and want to share a few more photographs from the day with you. The only problem is, wherever I turned there was a building that cried out to be photographed, like this one above. Not the oldest or most ornate part of Cambridge University but I feel that the symmetrical pattern made by the windows with the door in the centre makes for a pleasing image. It is difficult with a lot of the photos to research and find out which College they belong too. The doorway leads to halls of residence (or dorm rooms for my American readers). This building is actually part of St. John’s College, I was able to work this out because less than a minute after I had taken this picture I have taken a picture of St. John’s Coat of Arms, the power of digital photography!
