Dolphins

Dolphins are one of my favourite creatures. They amaze me. Photographing them in the wild is next to impossible. This was my fourth attempt and the first time I have anything I am half happy with. Watching them leap out of the water is great but capturing their random leaps on camera is extremely frustrating. Fortunately the water of Milford Sound was so clear, and the sunlight was strong. I was able to get a couple of photographs looking down from the bow of the boat as they darted underneath me.
