Crowds at Trevi Fountain

The Trevi Fountain is one of Rome’s top attractions and one of the world’s most famous fountains. However as a result it is known for being extremely crowded. In the above photograph I wanted to illustrate the crowds. This was taken in early January on a overcast weekday morning. I can’t imagine how this would look on a sunny Sunday afternoon in July! I did manage to get the place almost to myself by going before sunrise at 6am!
