Taken on my first weekend away in the Lake District. We drove to Coniston Water for an early morning shoot, but rather than heading to the town centre, we parked at the south west part and walked through a couple of fields to stumble across this small boat house and jetty. From this jetty with the sun in the right place I was able to capture a couple of photographs looking north down the lake which I was very happy about. Especially considering that this was early November and I was half expecting a rainy, wet weekend away!
