This photograph was taken a little further north, up the coast from Staithes but just south of Redcar. I had stopped here to enjoy my picnic lunch and noticed this wonderful sky. According to my map I was right at the top of the North Yorkshire Moors looking down south towards the small village of Staithes and then on to Whitby, where I was staying for the week.
