Kay used to live in a flat just opposite the old Chester Electric Light Station, so just before she moved I went on a couple of walks around the city. I kept forgetting to record this interesting building. It looks as though it is still offices of some description. If anyone knows any more above this building or the apartments to the left and right, I would love to hear all about it in the comments below.
