The south west of England is somewhere I haven’t spent enough time with my camera, so I recently went on a three day road trip with the intention of photographing as much as possible. My first stop was the small village of Castle Combe in the north west of Wiltshire. On the left of the photograph above you can see the medieval St. Andrew’s Church and on the right is the fourteenth century Market Cross. I had only ever heard of the name of this village because it is home to the Castle Combe Circuit for motor racing. I drove past but wasn’t able to stop for photos of the track.
