Sat on Crosby Beach enjoying Gormley’s Another Place sculpture, I decided it was going to be worth while waiting around for an extra hour or so for the sun to set. My judgment of the lighting was correct and just as I stood up off the beach to walk along back to the car (photographing as we went), I noticed this huge cargo ship coming out of Liverpool. Thinking it would make a good point of interest for a sunset photo, I kept an eye on it until it was parallel with the beach and was able to capture the above image.
