This is a hand painted set of tiles that are very common, particularly in Portugal where this was taken. Almost every time I saw tiles like this I couldn’t stop myself lifting up my camera for a quick snap. I think Capinha relates more to the house or street rather than the boat, but I could be wrong. The blue painted outline really highlights the tiles from the white.
