Walking back to our hotel, I noticed how the late afternoon sunlight was hitting this old push bike and casting a long shadow across the pavement in front of us. I told me friends to carry on back to our rooms so that I could stand and wait until there was a gap in the pedestrian traffic for me to capture the above photograph. I knew as soon as I saw the shadow that it would make a worthwhile black and white picture.
