Auckland War Memorial Museum is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city. Fortunately, it is only a short walk from where I am currently living. After a few weeks of changeable weather, there was a break in the clouds. The twilight promised to be nearly cloud free, which is what I was waiting for. Sadly, the cenotaph is not usually lit up at night. Using my torch, I painting some light back into that dark shadow areas. Expect to see more from this location in the coming weeks as I revisit, to try and capture the building from a variety of new angles.
