Having seen dozens of images taken on Crosby beach of “Another Place”, I knew exactly the type of photographs I wanted to capture of the hundred of so live sized iron sculptures. A year or two back after the Southport Airshow we drove back home via Crosby, but I didn’t get any website worthy photos as it was very overcast and the tide was right in. Yesterday however the tide was going out and the the sky was blue. In the above image you can just make out three of the figures. One is obviously really close to my lens but the other two are further out into the sea. The lines on the horizon are wind turbines.
