Payment and Delivery
All payment methods accepted through PayPal’s secure online payment system. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us through this system.
However we do also accept cheques, but this obviously takes a lot longer for the payment to clear and subsequently affects the delivery time of your print.
Delivery is through 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail’s Special Delivery depending on the size of the order. We aim to get the prints to you within 5 working days of receiving payment.

What printer do you use?
We use state of the art Fuji Frontier 570 Printers.
What type of paper do you use?
For our standard gloss prints we use Fuji standard crystal archive paper. For matt (non glossy) prints we use Fuji DP Professional paper (available on request)
Will the print come with any border or mount?
As standard we ship the prints border free. A thin white border can be added on request. Mounting and framing options are available, but at an additional cost. We recommend a thin white border if mounting the print onto a black mount border (as pictured above), but if you plan to frame the print, it looks best without a border
How are the prints packed?
We use strong, re-enforced cardboard envelopes which have been tried and tested over the years. The prints are never rolled or folded and always come flat and in perfect condition.
Do your prints come with any guarantee?
If your order does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please get in touch. Our standard policy is to re-print and send a replacement.
Is the copyright watermark on the print?
No, the watermark is removed for the final image.
Are all images on this site available for sale?
Yes, however we do reserve the right to refuse sale on certain photographs (for example any images in the portraits / people category)
Can you provide black & white versions of an image?
Yes, please enquire about any digital editing and / or cropping you may request in the form above
Are the images copyrighted?
Yes, Ed O’Keeffe remains copyright holder of the photograph. You may not sell or distribute the prints without his written permission
What if I would prefer to license a photograph for commercial use?

Can’t I just print the image myself from the website?
Yes, of course you can. But it will look awful, be an insult to Ed and his team and be illegally breaching the terms and conditions of this website. The images on this site are low quality web versions at 800 pixels wide. The prints are made from the original edits at over 3500 pixels wide, sharpened for the specific print size and made on professional grade, archival papers.
