Plane landing over Bruntwood Park – Cheadle

I spent this afternoon and evening in Bruntwood Park (Cheadle), having a picnic and relaxing in the beautiful sunshine. I have fond memories of this park from my childhood; walking my aunt’s dog, playing in the fields and biking around the bike track. I think I had my 8th birthday party in Bruntwood, anyway, enough with the happy memories. Whilst lying on the grass watching the sun go down over the trees I snapped this quick photo of a plane coming into land at near by Manchester Airport.

This afternoon, just before the sun went down the sky lit up with some fantastic colours for about half an hour. I was on my way home at the time and going past Manchester Airport. I stopped and took this photograph. Hope you like it, sorry I haven’t updated eddx recently but life gets in the way.

Walking back from having my haircut I decided to take a photograph of a plane landing. This is a British Airways plane approaching landing at Manchester Airport. I think this image links very nicely to Sunday’s photo. Again, amazing weather today and nice autumn colours.
