Stuffed Mushrooms

I am not a big fan of mushrooms, but I like mushroom soup. The stuffed mushrooms were a step too far for my taste, but I was experimenting for the first time with food photography for some samples for an up coming vegetarian cookery book. I am not sure what the sauce is, but I know that is a cheese topping. The hardest decision with the above photograph was whether or not to have the sprig of parsley on both mushrooms or just on one. I felt just the one worked better as the mushroom at the back is the one that I had focused the camera on.
