Mushroom Soup

Food photography is something that has always fascinated me. Obviously I love photography and those of you reading this know that I love food, but reading more about some of the techniques full time professional photographers use started to upset me. Such as in the above photograph they might have used white paint rather than cream to get a better image, but at the expense of the food. In other words they make the food look amazing on the camera, but in reality it would be inedible. I did none of that. This mushroom soup had real cream in it and I enjoyed eating it just after capturing the above frame!
